The leather top feels cool and smooth against my bare feet, way nicer than the synthetic insoles I've used before. The foam underneath actually adds a bit of cushion without making my shoes feel tight.

These slid right into my loafers with no trimming needed, and the foam backing keeps my heels from aching after a long day on my feet. The embossed logo on the heel is a nice little touch you barely notice once they're in.
