I've been wearing these daily for about three weeks and the foam layer underneath is what sold me — no more aching heels after my commute. The cork top stays cool even in summer, which I didn't expect from an insole. Made in Italy quality really shows in the stitching.

Wore these through a full day of standing on concrete and my arches never ached once. The foam backing adds just enough cushioning without making my shoes feel tight.
