Flee's low ankle reading is defined by a narrow toe and a slanted Cuban heel, closed with a side zip.

The upper is suede in copper, moulding naturally to the foot. The genuine leather sole is built with Blake construction, completed by the slanted Cuban heel with a rubber insert. Leather lining and insole. Made in Italy.

The suede in copper is even richer in person, and it molded to my feet after one wear. That narrow toe makes them look dressy enough for work but I've worn them all weekend too. The side zip glides smooth, no breaking-in blisters.

The Cuban heel gives these a nice bit of lift without feeling wobbly, and the side zip makes them easy to pull on. Only gripe is the narrow toe needed a few wears to stop pinching my little toe.
